I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff provided top-notch customer service. The location by the beach was superb, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. However, coordinating activities once at the beach was a bit challenging. The location was convenient, just a short walk to great restaurants and the stunning Grace Bay, although proximity to a construction zone was a minor drawback. The dining options were satisfactory with a taste of local Nagasaki rice.
